should be made by the Early Registration Deadline (May 15th, 2018) in order to be included in the conference programme.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Up to July 15th, 2018, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
- From July 16th until July 31st, 2018, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative charge of 35€/person.
- From August 1st, 2018, the registration fee will not be refunded.
